Notifications Center
How to use the Notifications Center
The Notification Center allows you to manage scheduled prompts and notifications across Clara, Analysis, and EKS modules. You can view, edit, or delete existing schedules, set execution frequency, and configure delivery through email or Slack.
On the main dashboard, Go to Organization Settings by clicking on the settings icon on top-right of the page.

On the settings page, click on the Notifications Center menu item on the left-hand side of the screen.

Clara:
Manage existing Clara prompts and their schedules.
Only previously scheduled or subscribed prompts appear here, new prompts can’t be created from this page
- Select Scheduled Prompt: Choose a saved scheduled/subscribed Clara prompt.
- Edit/Modify: Update only the execution time and notification channels (email or Slack).
- Delete: Removes the selected prompt from the scheduled list.
- Execution Time: Defines when the analysis runs (local timezone).
- Enable Notifications: Send results through email or Slack.
Note: To create a new Clara prompt, go to the Feed page and use the Agent Scheduler.
Analysis:
Manage notification settings for your Explorer and Recommendation reports.
- View report name, frequency, recipients, and Slack channels.
- Use Edit to modify report frequency or recipients.
- Use Delete to remove an existing scheduled report.
- Configure report delivery via email or Slack channels.
EKS:
Manage notification settings for EKS container rightsizing reports.
- View report details, frequency, and recipients.
- Use Edit to modify delivery details.
- Use Delete to remove existing schedules.
- Configure report delivery via email or Slack channels.
Notes:
- All times are shown in your local timezone.
- Ensure Slack and email integrations are enabled before scheduling notifications.
- New Clara prompts can only be created from the Feed page.
