1. How does the Twilio integration with nOps work?​

The integration requires a Twilio API key with read-only access to your billing and usage data. This allows nOps to retrieve cost information without making any changes to your Twilio account.

3. How often is the data updated?​

The integration syncs data from Twilio on a daily basis, providing you with up-to-date cost information. Historical data is also imported during the initial setup.

4. How long does it take for data to appear in nOps after setup?​

It may take up to 24 hours for the initial data synchronization to complete. After this period, your Twilio billing data should be visible in the Cost Analysis tool.

5. What should I do if my billing data doesn't appear after 24 hours?​

If the data is not visible after 24 hours, check the following:

  • Ensure the API key has the correct permissions.
  • Verify that the Account SID is correct.

If the issue persists, contact nOps support for assistance.

6. Can I integrate multiple Twilio accounts?​

Yes, you can set up multiple Twilio integrations if you have several Twilio accounts. Each integration will need its own set of credentials.

7. What Twilio products are supported?​

The integration supports all Twilio products and services that appear on your Twilio bill, including Voice, SMS, WhatsApp, Programmable Video, and other Twilio services.
