Connect in nOps
Where to open Twilio
- To connect for the first time — go to Settings → Integrations and click the Twilio card.
- To manage an existing connection — go to Settings → Account Status → Connected apps and click the Twilio chip to re-validate or disconnect.
Connect steps
- Click the Twilio card or chip.
- Enter Account SID, API key ID, and API key secret.
- Click Connect.
Manage your connection
Use Re-validate to test stored credentials or Disconnect to remove them. Action required indicates invalid or revoked keys — verify the API key is active in Twilio and reconnect.Troubleshooting
- Invalid credentials — re-check Account SID, API key ID, and secret; standard API keys should access billing data by default.
- No data — allow up to 24 hours for initial sync; confirm billable Twilio usage exists.
- Multiple accounts — connect each Twilio account separately with its own credentials.
