Overview
nOps uses Knock to power its notification system. Email notifications are on by default (including organizations that have no saved Knock block in settings, which use the standard workflow). Turn them off only in Settings > Notifications if you want an explicit opt-out saved for your org. You can schedule email reports, configure workflows, and receive real-time in-app notifications about cost changes, canvas updates, and more.Enabling notifications
Settings > Notifications is visible to every member of your organization, but only admins can turn organization-wide email notifications on or off. Email notifications are configured at the organization level and stay on unless an administrator explicitly disables them here.1
Open notification settings
Go to Settings > Notifications.

Confirm or adjust email notifications
Notifications are on unless you have turned them off here. Toggle off to disable canvas and scheduled email; leave them on to use the default workflow and sender configuration for your organization. The page also shows the current connection status (Enabled, Disabled, or Error).
Scheduled email reports
You can schedule email reports for any canvas — useful for sending recurring cost summaries to stakeholders who may not log in to nOps regularly.Creating a scheduled report

Open the canvas
Navigate to the canvas you want to report on.

Open Share Reports
Click the Share Reports button (mail icon) in the top-right corner of the canvas toolbar.

Configure the schedule
Choose one-time or recurring, set the date/time (or daily/weekly/monthly recurrence), enter the recipient email, and customize the subject and body.

Save
The notification appears in your Scheduled list. You can edit, pause, or delete it at any time.
Slack & Teams delivery
Reports and scheduled results can also be delivered to Slack and Microsoft Teams channels — on their own or alongside email recipients. Connect a workspace in Settings → Notifications, then pick channels when you send or schedule a report. See Slack & Teams delivery for setup and details.In-app notification feed
The notification bell in the top navigation shows real-time updates. Click it to open the notification feed, where you can review recent alerts and navigate directly to the relevant canvas or setting.Permissions
