Your Dashboard is the first place you land in nOps. It brings together account-wide spend, charts you pin from Canvas, and integration health—so you get a clear picture without jumping between tools.

Get started

  1. Sign in at clara.nops.io/dashboard.
  2. Review All Spend for a quick cost snapshot.
  3. Pin charts from shared Canvas workspaces to build your Pinned widgets section.
  4. Check Account Status for cloud integration health.
The nOps logo in the sidebar also returns you to the Dashboard.

All Spend

The All Spend section shows organization-wide spend for the last 30 days, with yesterday and month-to-date comparisons—the same summary cards you see in Explorer. A freshness label shows when data was last updated. Click Open Explorer to drill down by dimension, tag, service, account, or any other filter.
Use All Spend for daily check-ins. Use Explorer when you need to answer why spend moved or which team or service drove the change.

Pinned widgets

Pinned widgets keep the metrics your team checks most on the Dashboard. You can pin two kinds of things:
  • Canvas charts from Canvas
  • Explorer reports — a saved Shared or nOps Global report, including reports saved with the heat map view

How to pin a chart or report

  1. For a canvas chart: open a shared canvas and click the pin icon on a chart widget.
  2. For an Explorer report: in Explorer, open Manage Reports and click the pin icon next to a Shared or nOps Global report (private reports can’t be pinned).
  3. The chart or report appears in your Dashboard Pinned widgets section.

Layout and limits

  • You can pin up to 25 items total, combining canvas charts and Explorer reports.
  • Wide layouts show up to four canvas chart pins at a time in a 2×2 grid; Explorer report pins take the full row width.
  • Narrow screens show up to two pins in a single column.
  • Extra pins appear on the next page—use the pagination controls to browse.
  • If your pins span more than one cloud provider, filter chips (All, AWS, GCP, Azure) appear above the section so you can narrow the view to one provider at a time.

Widget actions

  • Refresh chart data — reload the latest numbers for pinned canvas charts. Explorer report pins always show live data, so there’s no separate refresh action.
  • Download pinned widgets as PDF — export your current canvas chart pins as one PDF (Explorer report pins are not included).
  • Unpin — remove a chart or report from the Dashboard (the source canvas chart or Explorer report is unchanged).
For step-by-step pinning, reordering, refresh behavior, and PDF export details, see the Platform Dashboard guide. If a chart is still processing, you may see: We’re working on processing your dataYour chart will appear here when it’s ready. Ask Clara to refresh all data.
Changing a pinned report’s visibility to Private automatically removes it from Pinned widgets. To combine several Explorer reports into one shared, multi-widget layout, use Explorer Dashboard instead.

Account Status

Account Status summarizes your cloud integrations—how many are connected, pending setup, or available to add.
  • The summary card shows Integrations (for example, 3 of 5 active) and Completion with items remaining.
  • Status pills include Connected, Pending setup, and Available.
  • Use Manage Integrations to open Settings and configure providers.
  • Check Connectivity verifies an integration when troubleshooting.
Integration setup is managed from Settings; the Dashboard gives you a read-only health view so you know whether cost data sources are ready.

How Dashboard fits with Inform

FAQs

Dashboard is your personal home page with All Spend and Canvas pins. Explorer Dashboard is under Inform → Dashboards and combines saved Explorer reports into shared team layouts.
Pin chart widgets from a shared canvas, or pin a Shared or nOps Global Explorer report from Explorer’s Manage Reports. Private canvases and private reports can’t be pinned.
Data follows the same pipeline as Explorer—typically available within 24 to 48 hours after integration, with roughly a 24-hour CUR-aligned delay. The freshness label on All Spend shows when data was last ingested.
Account Status reflects integrations configured for your organization. Admins manage providers from Settings → Integrations.
